Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo proof.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo proof.
Once verified, the product will be replaced with the correct item subject to availability.
Exchanges are only applicable for unused products in original packaging.
